Type: Retail. Neighborhood and community shopping centers. Class B or better.

Location: Nationwide. Trade areas with positive economic fundamentals and year-over-year population growth over the last three years. Secondary and tertiary markets.

Size: $3 million to $20 million. Minimum 30,000 sf.

Occupancy: 70-100%
