Ms. Gohlke joined Capstone in 2009 and is in charge of all daily operations, financial functions and lease administration at the firm. She manages investor relations and all financial accounts, tax filings and administration of Capstone investments. In addition, Ruth supervises the solicitation and award of property level contracts, CAPEX expenditures and local property management personnel and contractors.

Prior to Capstone Group, Ruth worked as a financial and office manager for CTS Transportation Services for 17 years.

Ruth received her BA from Rutgers University, graduating with high honors.
