Capstone Group is a privately held real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, management, and redevelopment of underperforming commercial properties. Since 1969, Capstone and its predecessor company, Financial Packaging Companies, have acquired and managed commercial properties throughout the U.S. in more than 40 states. The company targets undervalued commercial properties with a special emphasis on poorly managed properties of at least $10 million with existing cash flow and excess land in primary and secondary markets.
